Gemma Thompson

After joining us as a Logistics & Supply Chain Management graduate, Gemma progressed through Proxima’s Consulting Fast Track Programme, gaining procurement experience by delivering a variety of projects across multiple categories. Gemma has since joined Proxima’s Solutions team as a Solutions Advisor, responsible for crafting answers for clients, both existing and prospect, developing programmes that aim to address the root cause of their challenges, and deliver against their specific requirements. Working closely with client management, and leveraging her delivery experience, Gemma ensures the right solution is offered to our clients, whether the focus is on cost reduction, transformation, capability and capacity, or beyond.
