As a procurement consultant, you are there to use your knowledge and skills to help our customers spend well. It’s a role that has the potential to touch every part of a business, from the factory to the boardroom, giving you a unique understanding of the inner workings of a business and plenty of opportunity to identify and unlock performance improvement. THE
GRADUATE PROGRAM

Our Graduate Program is a six-month-long
training package created to on-board Proximites
to the world of procurement consulting, providing
them with the necessary skills to succeed. This program is comprised of three key areas: 

REAL-LIFE CASE STUDIES

Derived from the work of our delivery team

We have developed a robust library of case studies which
focus on previous work delivered to our clients.
These “practice runs” allow our Graduates to learn in a
safe and supportive environment, before getting involved
in the real thing!

TRAINING PROGRAM

Focuses on the core competencies
needed within a consulting environment

Core Training is tailored to each individual depending on their experience, courses include – Data Analytics, Data Visualization,
Art of Effective Communication, Quality Framework, Negotiation, Stakeholder Mapping, and Time Management

Consulting Training was created to support an individual’s
development and is delivered in small classroom-style courses.

HAND-ON CLIENT WORK

Most Graduates are assigned to a client
soon after joining Proxima

As a busy Consulting firm, most of our Graduates are
assigned to a Client very early on. This is managed with
the support of the Client Lead, their Career Manager and
Buddy, and in collaboration with a network of fellow
Proximites, which is the unique way in which way we
deliver our services.
