Gemma is currently part of Proxima’s Consulting Fast Track Programme, after graduating university with a First Class Honours in Logistics & Supply Chain Management. Gemma is part of our client delivery team, responsible for identifying and implementing strategic projects, highlighting opportunities, and driving improvement across a variety of categories. During her time at Proxima, Gemma has explored an interest in the sustainability and CSR agenda within global supply chains, and the part procurement can play in their effective strategic transformation.
