Our D&I agenda is created and driven by our people, and sponsored at board level by our Chief People Officer. We have connected D&I teams on both sides of the Atlantic made up of volunteers who are passionate about the subject and Proxima. They meet regularly to share opinions, ideas and experiences and put in place the initiatives to ensure that we are “the company” that they want us to be.
We encourage our people to have a work and a home life. Our flexible working model is there to support and get the best from each other professionally and socially. With a “new normal” upon us, we also provide a range of tailored support for home working including financial support for equipment, training and social events.
In addition to optional benefits like health care and gym membership subsidies, we also have a Proxima wellbeing program offering support to all our employees. Our Intranet pages offer a range of resources and our “wellbeing champions” and Community of Interest provide support and arrange a variety of talks and events.

All our locations have a social team that arrange various physical and virtual events to build community amongst our people.
